These Terms govern your use of Pepvetted(the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Informational service only

Pepvetted is an informational comparison and reference service. We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, healthcare provider, or law firm, and we do not sell, dispense, or prescribe medication. Nothing on the Service is medical or legal advice. See our Disclosures.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep pricing and legality data accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Regulations change frequently and without notice. You use the information at your own risk.

3. Third-party providers

Listings reference independent third-party providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their products, services, pricing, legality, or conduct. Any transaction is solely between you and the provider.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepvetted and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on information from the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or misuse the Service or its data except through our documented API under a valid agreement. API access is governed by additional terms provided with your key.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
